Visanova provides visa consultation, documentation guidance and application support for study, visit and work visa pathways. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities.
3. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee visa approval, admission, employment, processing times or outcomes. All decisions remain at the discretion of embassies, immigration authorities, educational institutions or employers where applicable.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents. Any false or misleading information may affect the outcome of an application.
5. Fees & Payments
Service fees, where applicable, will be communicated before work begins. Government, embassy, biometric, courier or third-party charges are separate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
